Preventing lever fragments from contaminating food machinery.
There are plastic levers that are detectable by metal detectors.
In food machinery where preventing part contamination is crucial, stainless steel components that are detectable by sensors and resistant to corrosion are preferred. However, when stainless steel cannot be used, there are plastic levers available that are detectable by metal detectors.By incorporating resin mixed with metal powder in the lever, these levers are made detectable, thereby reducing the risk of foreign object contamination.
A blue color, which is less likely to be used in food products, is used, and it complies with the standards and specifications for food, additives, etc., as specified in the Food Sanitation Law (Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370, 1959).
