Shaft radial load must be suppressed 【Automation / robots / motorization】
Couplings with constant speed and excellent low-eccentric reaction force should be used
Bar feeder encoder
Miniaturization of the encoder and sensor means that the radial load applied to the shaft increases to the extent of straining the shaft, making suppression of shaft radial load an issue. Bellows couplings can tolerate radial loads and rotate at constant speed even if load on the shaft causes misalignment. Their low eccentric reaction force allows use without impairing encoder and sensor performance.

Galling and Seizing
This is a phenomenon that occurs while tightening, where the surface of the screw thread melts or welds due to frictional heat and the screw stops moving. To resolve galling, NBK's special surface treatment screws, such as those with fluorine coating, are recommended.
